1. Who we are

DietChef is an app by Infinity Advance SL (Spain), info@nuvvu.eu. By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.

2. The service

DietChef uses artificial intelligence to generate daily menus, recipes, desserts, tips and food-photo analysis based on your profile and diet type, and lets you log meals, hydration, exercise and weight.

Health notice. DietChef is not a medical service or a dietitian. Calorie and nutrient figures are estimates and menus are AI-generated suggestions that may contain errors. Consult a healthcare professional before changing your diet, especially if you have allergies, intolerances, are pregnant or have any medical condition. Always check recipe ingredients.

3. Account

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account), which permanently erases your data.

4. Premium subscription

AI features require the DietChef Premium subscription: monthly (€4.49) or yearly (€44.99), taxes included. Prices in other countries are shown in the store in local currency.
New subscribers get 1 month free. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the price of the chosen plan is charged.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account on confirmation. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before.
Manage or cancel in your store account settings (iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions). After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Fair use: to keep the service running we apply daily limits to the number of AI generations per user.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use DietChef for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other users' data, scrape or automate the service, or upload illegal or offensive content. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design and brand belong to Infinity Advance SL. Menus and recipes generated for you may be used freely for personal purposes.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Infinity Advance SL is not liable for damages arising from use of AI-generated suggestions or from service interruptions. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app of material changes. Spanish law applies; as a consumer you may bring claims before the courts of your domicile or use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
